Letters must be written on plain paper. They can contain up to 10 photos no larger than 5x7 inches. Do not include cards, postcards, markers/crayons/glue, internet printouts, money, magazine clippings, stamps, or anything besides the paper and photos. Letters and photos should not contain nudity or crude images or words.

Sending Money
There are three ways to send funds to an inmate in Osceola County Jail. Be sure to have your inmate’s identification number and full name. Funds will be immediately available to inmates through all of these methods.
The first is to deposit funds through a kiosk in the lobby at the jail. It accepts cash (higher than $5) and VISA/MasterCard credit/debit cards. All deposits have a processing fee of $4.
The second option is to call 231-832-2288 and make a deposit over the phone with a VISA/MasterCard credit/debit card. Fees for making a deposit this way range from $4 for amounts up to $20 as high as fees of $11 for deposits over $200.
Lastly, funds can be deposited online at Access Corrections. Create an online account to make deposits into an inmate's account. The fees for the online service are similar to depositing funds through the phone.
Phone Calls
Inmates are allowed to make outbound calls to family and friends. There are several prepaid phone companies that you can make an account with to accept prepaid calls from an inmate. In addition to funding your calls, you can deposit funds into an inmate’s account so that they can make calls to you. Call rates are $0.06/minute.
Visiting Rules
Visitation is an important way to keep your inmate encouraged and to foster healthy relationships with them while they are incarcerated. Osceola County Jail has some rules and regulations for visitors to follow for everyone’s safety and pleasure.
To visit an inmate, each visitors must be on a visitation list that the inmate fills out. Bring your ID with you to confirm your identity. Upon entering the jail you will go through a metal detector and may be subject to further search if need be. Bring only your ID and a set of car keys – nothing else.
There is a dress code for visitors to Osceola County Jail that applies to both males and females. All clothing must be modest and cover a majority of one’s skin. It must not be see-through, revealing, sleeveless or too short or tight. Do not wear pants with multiple holes or tears. Avoid t-shirts that contain offensive or obscene images or words.

How Often Can I Visit?
Inmates are allowed two 20-minute visits per week. Visitation is organized by last name of the inmate.
