Letters must be written on plain paper. They can contain up to 10 photos no larger than 5x7 inches. Do not include cards, postcards, markers/crayons/glue, internet printouts, money, magazine clippings, stamps, or anything besides the paper and photos. Phone Calls
Inmates are allowed to make outbound calls to family and friends. There are several prepaid phone companies that you can make an account with to accept prepaid calls from an inmate. In addition to funding your calls, you can deposit funds into an inmate’s account so that they can make calls to you. Call rates are $0.06/minute.
Visiting Rules
Visitation is an important way to keep your inmate encouraged and to foster healthy relationships with them while they are incarcerated. Osceola County Correctional Facility has some rules and regulations for visitors to follow for everyone’s safety and pleasure.
To visit an inmate, each visitors must be on a visitation list that the inmate fills out. Bring your ID with you to confirm your identity. Upon entering the jail you will go through a metal detector and may be subject to further search if need be. Bring only your ID and a set of car keys – nothing else.
There is a dress code for visitors to Osceola County Correctional Facility that applies to both males and females. All clothing must be modest and cover a majority of one’s skin. It must not be see-through, revealing, sleeveless or too short or tight. Do not wear pants with multiple holes or tears. Avoid t-shirts that contain offensive or obscene images or words.

Inmates are allowed two 20-minute visits per week. Visitation is organized by last name of the inmate.
