Sending a Mail

The Inmate Trust Fund, commonly referred to as the Inmate Bank, maintains an account for each inmate booked into the Sumner County Juvenile Detention Center.

Deposits can be made via phone by calling TouchPay at 1-866-232-1899. This is a private entity that accepts credit/debit card payments. You will need the following information:

Phone Calls
Inmates at the Sumner County Juvenile Detention Center are not allowed to receive phone calls.
Inmates can place collect calls to phone numbers where collect calls are not restricted.
Advance Pay Calls
If your number restricts collect calls, the person can open an Advance Pay account.

Visiting Rules
Visitation at Sumner County Juvenile Detention Center is a privilege. Visits may be denied, revoked or limited when the visit would threaten safety, security or good order of the facility or when visitation rules are not followed. Visitation privileges may be suspended or terminated for inappropriate behavior or misuse of the visitation system.
