Sending a Mail

Deposits can be made via phone by calling TouchPay at 1-866-232-1899. This is a private entity that accepts credit/debit card payments. You will need the following information:

  • You will need the inmate’s name and SPN number.

  • There is a maximum deposit amount of $100. A service fee will apply.

Phone Calls

Inmates at the Perry County Jail are not allowed to receive phone calls.

Visiting Rules

Visitation at Perry County Jail is a privilege. Visits may be denied, revoked or limited when the visit would threaten safety, security or good order of the facility or when visitation rules are not followed. Visitation privileges may be suspended or terminated for inappropriate behavior or misuse of the visitation system.
