Sending a Mail
You are free to send mail to inmates in Cass County Jail All mail except legal mail (such as a letter from an attorney or the courts) is inspected for prohibited materials and content before it is delivered to the inmate.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Legal mail is opened in the presence of the person who received it.

Commissary account
In person at kiosk: Deposit money in person 24 hours a day, seven days a week using on-site kiosks at both Cass County Jail, 450 34th Street South, Fargo, ND, 58103. You must have a valid driver’s license or state ID.

Make money orders payable to Cass County Jail Commissary. Visiting Rules
If you want to visit an inmate, you must schedule the visit one day before the desired visit day. You can schedule both individual and family visits.
