Sending a Mail

Returned Mail

Mail that contains prohibited or fails to include the person in jail’s name, gallery, and housing unit will be returned to the sender. It typically takes several weeks for mail to be returned.

Commissary account

In person at kiosk: Deposit money in person 24 hours a day, seven days a week using on-site kiosks at both Cumberland County Detention Center, 204 Gillespie Street, Fayetteville, NC, 28301. You must have a valid driver’s license or state ID.
