To find an inmate at Butler County Jail, check the Butler County Sheriff website where there is a database that is updated twice hourly. Click on the first letter of an inmate’s last name, which will bring you to a search bar to also conduct a search with the inmate’s booking number. Phone Calls

While inmates at the Butler County Jail are not allowed to receive phone calls, they can make calls to family and friends. Calls are either collect or prepaid with Pay Tel. Inmates must have funds to place a call, and to receive a call you must either pay collect fees or create a Pay Tel account for prepaid calls.

Visitation in the Butler County Jail is encouraged, although it is considered a privilege that can be revoked or changed at any time.
