Phone Calls
The one and only privilege inmates will have in the Woodstock Jail will be access to a telephone in their jail cell.
Every cell in the Woodstock Jail has a telephone in it. Inmates will be permitted to use that telephone at their direction.
Inmates will only be able to make collect calls. So, if you and your family does not have access to a landline, or the inmate does not know the landline number, you will never receive the calls. Collect calls do not work on a cell phone, unfortunately.
