Arizona Inmate Search
The vision of the Arizona Department of Corrections is to see safer communities through effective corrections. Their mission is to serve and protect the people of Arizona by securely incarcerating convicted felons and to provide structured programming to support inmate accountability and successful community reintegration.
The Arizona DOC’s website has an inmate search database where one can look up information on any inmate who was in custody from 1985 and later. Inmates can be searched through a 6-digit ADC number or by using their last name and first initial.
Searches can be narrowed down by gender and if they are active or inactive inmates. Each section displays fifteen entries, which can be changed by clicking "Change Top 15 Display Limit.”
Search results can include basic inmate data, commitment and sentence information, infractions, work programs, and other information. The Arizona DOC warns on their website that sending any of the information obtained from these searches to an inmate is a class 5 felony.
